Terms of service

QuizQuip Study (quizquip.com) is operated by SudoAI, an independent developer ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the site, create an account or buy a paid plan. By doing so you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use QuizQuip.

Revision notes, quizzes, topical questions and practice papers for Singapore lower-secondary Science and Mathematics and for Cambridge IGCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics, plus AI-generated practice drills. QuizQuip is independent: it is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Singapore Ministry of Education, Cambridge University Press & Assessment or any school.

We keep improving the site, so chapters, features and limits may change over time.

You may read, print and copy the notes, quizzes and practice papers for your own revision, and teachers may print them for their classes. Please do not resell them or republish them on another website.

Pages marked "Draft — pending teacher review" may still contain mistakes. Check anything important against your school notes, and tell us if you find a problem.

AI practice drills are multiple-choice questions written on request by AI language models running on Cloudflare Workers AI. Each generated question is checked automatically before you see it, but it is not reviewed by a teacher, so it can still be wrong, unclear or outside your syllabus.

Use drills for extra practice, not as an authority. If a drill disagrees with your notes, your teacher or the official syllabus, trust those, and please tell us so we can improve the checks. Do not try to make the drills produce content unrelated to studying.

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Students under 13 should use QuizQuip with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Each account, free or Pro, is for one student. A parent may manage and pay for their child’s account, but a Pro plan covers one student only: please do not share a login between several students or resell access. Each additional student needs their own account.
• We may ask you to stop, or limit an account, if we see it being shared or used by several people.

The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. QuizQuip Pro adds full access to paid features such as mark schemes and a larger AI practice allowance. The paid plans are:

• Pro — Annual: US$59 per year, a subscription that renews automatically every year until you cancel.
• Pro — Monthly: US$9.99 per month, a subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Pro — Founding Annual: US$39 per year, a subscription that renews automatically every year until you cancel. Available only to the first 200 subscribers or until 31 January 2027, 23:59 SGT, whichever comes first.
• Term Pass — 3 months: US$19 once for 3 months of Pro access. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, the checkout page shows the converted amount, and a currency-conversion fee may apply. The checkout page shows the exact amount before you pay. The current plans and what each includes are on the pricing page.

To buy a paid plan you must be 18 or older, or the student’s parent or guardian. By completing a purchase you confirm this; we do not verify age. A student under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to buy Pro for them.

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record is Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited). When you buy Pro, Waffo Pancake is the seller of record: it takes your payment on its secure hosted checkout, issues your invoices and receipts, and handles payment-related questions. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. We provide the QuizQuip service you get access to.

We never see or store your full card details. For questions about a charge you can contact Waffo Pancake through your receipt, or write to us at support@quizquip.com and we will help.

• Pro Annual, Pro Monthly and Founding Annual are subscriptions. You pay at the start of each period, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
• Each renewal is charged at the plan’s then-current price for the same period (see price changes below). Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• We aim to remind you by email before an annual renewal.
• If a renewal payment fails, Waffo Pancake may retry it. Pro stays on for up to 3 days while it does; if the payment still does not go through, Pro ends until you pay or subscribe again.
• The Term Pass is a one-time payment for 3 months of Pro. It is never charged again and simply ends after 3 months.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your QuizQuip account: open "Manage subscription", which takes you to the Waffo Pancake customer portal, where you can also see invoices and change plan. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. After the 7 days refund window we do not refund part of a period.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of any charge — the first payment of a plan or a renewal — by emailing support@quizquip.com. A refunded purchase ends the Pro access it paid for. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Founding Annual costs US$39 per year. It is limited to the first 200 subscribers or until 31 January 2027, 23:59 SGT, whichever comes first. Once it closes it is no longer sold.
• It includes the same Pro features as Pro Annual and renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• We will not raise the founding price on an uninterrupted founding subscription. If you cancel and let it end, or it is refunded, the founding price ends; subscribing again later is at the price on offer at that time.
• A founding subscription refunded within 7 days frees its place for someone else.

We may change our prices. A new price applies straight away to new purchases. If you already have a subscription, we will tell you by email before a price change takes effect, and the new price only applies from a renewal after that notice, so you have time to cancel if you do not want to continue. The founding price is covered by the founding offer above.

When you use QuizQuip, please do not:

• share a Pro login with other students, or sell or give away access;
• copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or get around the limits on Pro features or AI drills;
• misuse AI drills, attack or overload the service, or try to access other people’s accounts or data;
• use QuizQuip in a way that breaks the law or other people’s rights.

If you break these terms — for example by sharing a Pro account, reselling materials, misusing the AI drills or making fraudulent payments — we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account. Where the breach is minor we will normally warn you first. If we close an account for a serious breach, we do not refund the remaining paid period, except where the law requires it.

You can stop using QuizQuip and delete your account at any time; cancel any subscription first so it does not renew. If we stop offering QuizQuip Pro, or close your account when you have not broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

The notes, questions, diagrams and papers on QuizQuip are original QuizQuip material and are protected by copyright. Apart from the personal and classroom use described above, you may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

QuizQuip is a study aid. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it "as is": we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that using it will lead to particular marks or exam results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell account holders by email before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use QuizQuip after that means you accept the updated terms.
